Meet MacKenzie!

From welding metal to wielding shears, MacKenzie’s journey to the salon chair is anything but boring. Once a welder for her dad (yes, really), she traded sparks for scissors—and it turns out, the glow-up was inevitable. With hairstyling in her blood (thanks, Mom and Sis!), MacKenzie’s always had a knack for making her friends look and feel amazing. Now she does it professionally—and with great vibes.

Her favorite part of the job? That moment when a client looks in the mirror and says, “I didn’t think my hair could do that.” She lives for transformations, confidence boosts, and giving people results they never thought possible.

MacKenzie is inspired by her future self—the version of her she’s working toward every day. She believes in soaking up every lesson, showing up as her best, and chasing growth one fabulous haircut at a time.

Outside the salon, you’ll find her exploring Birmingham’s best food spots with her boyfriend, Jordan (brunch lovers, unite), or cuddling up with her cat, Juno. She’s always down for good drinks, better company, and a cozy Sunday night recharge.

While she doesn’t claim a specialty just yet, MacKenzie loves a great bob and is always up for a fresh haircut challenge. Want someone who brings talent, heart, and a whole lot of fun to your hair game? She’s your girl.
